Danny and Harriet were married at the always superb Mitton Hall, one of my favourite venues in Lancashire to work at!
I had met up with Danny and Harriet a few weeks earlier for their engagement shoot in Lytham and after spending a some time with them during a gorgeous sunset evening, I was really looking forward to their wedding!
Harriet was getting ready at her parents utterly amazing house in St Annes, which had loads of room for all the girls to get ready. Flossy & Leigh makeup girls were already at work when I arrived in the morning, and the champagne was already flowing!
Upon arriving at Mitton Hall, Danny was looking very nervous and eager to get the proceedings under way. His ushers and best man helped keep him calm until Harriet made her appearance and walked down the aisle. I got one of my all-time favourite photos at this moment, as Danny bit his lip as Harriet made her way towards him, with her proud Dad coming down the aisle.
The rest of the day was spent largely outside Mitton Hall thanks to the warm weather!
Flower Design had supplied the stunning bouquets and also provided guests with petal-confetti, which made for an awesome confetti photo!
Some amazing speeches from everyone involved, and timed to perfection just as the sun was going down behind Mitton Hall, making for some stunning images in the conservatory room with the warm light streaming through the windows behind the top table.
Later everyone hit the dance-floor and partied late into the night!
I finished off the photography with some images of Danny and Harriet outside Mitton Hall, just as the sun dipped below the horizon and the sky lit up an amazing purple/blue colour - absolutely nothing Photoshopped here, this is really how it looked for about 5 minutes!
